Hi. I heard Raul Burbano speak at an event in Toronto last night, and he mentioned the No Green Economy campaign. The Other Worlds Are Possible (www.otherworldsarepossible.org) international collaborative published a report in 2009 Who Says You Can’t Change the World? Just Economies and Societies on an Unjust Planet with analysis and case studies of actual alternatives being created and executed around the world. Thought that the collaborative and the No Green Economy might be likely partners or at least interested in each other’s activities.
on behalf of the etc group, I would like to suggest that you make available on your website for your reader our report entitled Who Will Control the “Green Economy”? We also translate the report in french and english. The executive director of etc group, Pat Mooney and my colleague, Silvia Ribeiro were part of the first meetings regarding the campaign in Porto Alegre in January 2012. As you may already know, ETC is actively engaged in Rio+20 process and will be happy to contribute to this very needed initiative.
Best regards,
Looking forward to hear from you.
